I had a few problems with my new car. The dealership fully fixed all of them quickly with no cost.
They got my suv in quickly and did the oil change. I did request they look at one tire when they did the tire rotation to see why it was slowly loosing air and Will said of course! And put it in the notes unfortunately the person doing the rotation forgot so it took a little longer than expected due but all is good and it happens. I see Will every time for my oil change and he is always nice and professional!

Amazing dealership considering the state of dealerships these days. I randomly came across a listing on Autotrader and it was the only one listing Ford Raptor under MSRP (out of hundreds nationwide). I quickly jumped on it and called them up. The purchasing process was made so easy (no mark-ups, no hidden fees, no hidden packages, not even a sales pitch for extended warranties!) a few times I thought I was being scammed! Purchased used car from Autopark Laporte. Found that it had an oil leak. Called and got me in quick and took care of problem, crankshaft seal at no charge. They even gave me a ride back home and when car was completed came and picked me up. Clean shop and quality work!
Took my car here for the first time today. Did a drop off and it was super simple! Everyone was really friendly, when I went to go pick it up they were busy but knowledged me quickly. I got my keys and I was out of there, much better than the service I had at Currie motors in valpo!!

Vehicle has had a seat problem but it has been fixed. Vehicle is just out of warranty but since this has been an on going problem, they fixed it with no charge.
We just bought our Bronco HLE this week from AutoPark Ford Laporte. Wow, what a team! Tim( sales consultant) and Dave( Finance Manager) were exceptional from the start! I asked a ton of questions and received answers on all of them. They had a very rare Bronco Heritage Limited edition and charged me MSRP, almost the whole country was charging 5-25k over MSRP. They received 3 other calls but gave me time to make my decision and do my research and never for one second made me feel pressured or played any “sales games”. I have spoken with many dealers ...

AutoParke people are the best. When I had an unfortunate incident which basically tore out the underside apparatus of my Escape, they quickly got the parts necessary (despite that it was a Holiday weekend) and got the repairs completed much quicker than I thought possible! They spelled out what was done and the costs to the penny. Oh, and when I took it in they provided me with a ride home free of charge despite the fact that I live nearly 25 miles away! Can’t say enough about the great service and great people at AutoPark Ford of LaPorte!

We called for service on our Ford F350, and the service department was very professional and got us in asap. The work was completed to our satisfaction. They offer pick up/drop off of your vehicle which is super convenient. Their service fees are right on target. They get your vehicle back to you quickly.
